My Approach

You have absolute control of your thoughts and actions. Your decisions and dictate your life. My goal is to help you create the life you want to live. People might reach out to me if they’re feeling sad, stressed, overwhelmed, worried and wanting to grow as a person. They may also reach out if they are looking to get stronger, leaner and feel like a better person. We can also discuss your nutrition and how that plays a vital roll in your life.

I like to use exercise as an option to move around while we’re together. If that’s not your thing, that’s alright. Sometimes our time might be sitting down and talking, sometimes it might be going for a walk. There is also something special about sitting down chatting over some coffee. We can do that too!

Our minds are so powerful. There truly isn’t anything as intelligent. But most of the time our minds get in our way. They can even be on autopilot. Learning how to change your state of mind posses a new dimension of possibilities. Your thoughts and decisions guide your life. I want to help you make sure you’re headed in the right direction.

 

Providing you with the safest space possible.

Sessions will take place in one of two options of your choice. My office/gym is a great place to be face to face. We can sit down, go for a walk or use the equipment as part of our time together to exercise. We can also meet through an online face to face format.
